Doctor Ben's Fine Scale NailHole ToolInstructions:
This Fine Scale Nail HoleTool is fairly simple to use. Using a straightedge, run the wheel of the Fine Scale Nail HoleTool along the straight edge in a pre-determinedspacing. In other words, whichever direction youpush the wheel, we highly recommend that theteeth of the blade be turning in a DOWNdirection. Experiment first with scrap piecessimilar to material that you are planning to usebefore tackling a major project. Begin usinglight pressure first in order to obtain desiredresults. A light colored wash will show effectsimmediately. As always, we recommend Doctor BensInstant Age as a wash which will enhance thenail holes without filling in the grain of thewood. Doctor Bens Instant Age should also beused for the most realistic effects ofweathering wood to appear sun bleached. If thesurface is to be painted, paint the area firstand then use the Doctor Bens Fine Scale NailHole Tool to prick up the paint, creating veryrealistic weathered nail holes.
