and scale lumber. This is an unassembled kit-- the
stone castings are still in their blister packs and
the small parts bags have never been opened.

Construction Method:
|
Dental Stone
walls, plastic door & windows and paper for signs
and roofing.

Construction Time:
|
Modelers of average skill should be able to finish
this kit in several evenings. Illustrated step by
step instructions are provided to walk you through
each step of construction, from gluing the kit
together to final painting and aging.

Tools Required:
|
Hobby knife, sanding block, 5 minute epoxy, super &
wood glue, paint brushes.
|
|
Finishing:
|
Using Doctor Ben's Aged Driftwood for brick mortar &
weathering the wood and tar paper roof; Doctor Ben's
Realistic Rust to depict the steel parts aging,
Industrial Weathering Pigments for the Brickwork and
dusty areas.
