This kit has been created in LabStone Gypsum to show off the beautifully detailed Thomas A York casting of stone, wood, and brick first offered in 1980. The staining and weathering instructions have been updated to currently available products including easy to learn techniques in "The ABC's of Staining Castings" booklet (above right & included in this listing). This kit includes full-size drawings (THUMBNAIL BELOW), scale lumber for the stairway construction, roofing material, stove pipe, and detailed construction and instructions. Included is the How-To #2: "The ABC's of Staining Castings" booklet to an amazing lesson on weathering Wood, Hydrocal, Resin & Metal castings.
