Doctor Ben's Timber Tunnel Portal #9130 & #9131 (LabStone & Resin-both Unfinished Castings & #9132 Stained)

As a single component of Doctor Ben's Scale Consortium, the Timber Tunnel Portal is an original master creation by masterful modeler Scott Perry. All castings include detail wood grains (not too much) and NBW (nut, bolt & washer) castings molded in place. All you have to do is stain and install!. Really, you don't know a really easy and fast way to stain resin & LabStone castings? Just Ask Doctor Ben!

The overall dimensions of this Tunnel Portal are 4.875" wide by 4.875" tall and 1/2" thick. The NMRA Standards opening is 3.75" tall by 2 15/16" wide.

Each 12 ounce box of Doctor Ben's Baby Building Blocs contains at least 36 square inches of wall space when our Blocs are stacked flat as shown in the image to the right. It is very easy to assemble them right out of the box for a rustic finish or trim them with our Doctor Ben's Handy Blade Tool for a more neat arrangement.

This image at right is the McIhenny Pepper Mill (S-Scale) currently under construction. As you can see, we used our Blocs for the walls and Realistic Rust and Instant Age for weathering.		The image above is a wall and A.I.M. Products Master pillar support that I created for them & constructed with our Doctor Ben's Baby Building Blocs!
	The image above ( & way below) is an ideal example of prototype walls produced with split-stone granite blocks. As you can tell, they are also weathered with our Realistic Rust!	This image shows this Scale Portal as a vehicle tunnel in 1/64 scale.
		By the way, these prototype images are supporting a parking lot wall near the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
... And FINALLY, what would you have if you assembled 10 Tunnel Portals into a single model?
		A viaduct of course! Each of the tunnel portals were "hollow" cast from an RTV silicon mold cast from the original Masters that I created for A.I.M. Products in Wisconsin in HO scale. A.I.M. refers to this texture as "Cut Stone" and they are supposed to send me $1 for each casting that they sell, So I urge you to purchase many castings from them!
