Store PoliciesReturns. Certain new items are returnable for a period of thirty days from your purchase date; however, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all such refunds unless they are due to our error. You may request to return products that:
Damaged Products. If your product is received in damaged condition, you must note that on any delivery confirmation documents; then contact the shipper and file a claim for damages immediately. Please remember to keep a record of all communications regarding your claim, including the identity of any persons with whom you speak and any claim or file numbers you are given. You must save all packing materials and contact us within one business day so that we may assist you. Warranty. All products sold by us are protected against defects in materials and workmanship by the respective part manufacturers for a thirty-day period from the date of purchase by our customer. In some cases a longer warranty period is granted by a given manufacturer; if this is the case, the terms of such a warranty will be outlined in documentation from that manufacturer that is included with the part. If you believe that you have received a defective product, first review any manufacturer's information that may have been included with your product. If you wish to return the product to us, refer to our returns form for more information. Shipping/Tracking. All US Domestic & International Global Priority orders from this website are shipped via Paypal/United States Postal Service (USPS). The automated Paypal System will send to your provided email address an USPS Delivery Confirmation number. This Delivery Conformation number is our assurance that the USPS has delivered your order to you. This Delivery Confirmation number does provide limited tracking information for 60 days. If you are ordering in excess of $50 we recommend that you contact us to add the appropriate amount of Insurance to your order. The USPS will be more motivated to find your lost or missing package if the USPS thinks that it may have to pay for the lost or missing package. Once we have created the postage and turn your package over to the USPS we no longer have any control or means to assist you in finding a lost or missing package. In the event that you require a Proof of Delivery (POD) we suggest that you select the UPS mode of shipping. The UPS has a much more effective Tracking & POD system and insurance for the first $99 is free! Should you use the UPS mode of shipping and your purchases are in excess of $99 and you would like to have additional insurance, you need to contact us to increase the insurance coverage.
