the Rustic Stone & Frame Factory Kit #9105
This 1978 Thomas A. Yorke Ent kit (Now
Scale Model Masterpieces)
has received whole new (and some original) updates. We have the Building
Drawings 100% complete and the Instruction Booklet significantly updated.
This Brand New release includes the Main Building kit with now
two (2) Lean-To's as shown in the drawings; the Out Building including the
collapsed Boiler Room fragments and a vertical boiler (images coming very soon);
brick footers for one Lean-To and the Loading Dock, and a bunch of boxes,
barrels, sacks for details.
The Main Building front & rear walls, warehouse doors and roof
material is Precision Cut just as we do for all of our other kits. We've
simplified the assembly process including the addition of rafter tails for both
For the record, most everything you see in the images as well as quite a bit of
other stuff that you don't see as this update progresses. Folks see images and
drawings from other kit manufacturers with details and items that they are expecting
with the kit, and the long story short it doesn't and the customer is
disappointed. For us it's WYSIWYG (What you see is
what you get) unless duly noted in
the drawings & images.
So to answer the question: "what other stuff" is included with
this kit? Well, everything seen in the picture as well as: (3) Boxes—SMM5045;
(3) Boxes— SMM5050; (2) Covered Machinery— SMM5179; (2) Stacks o’ Sacks— SMM510;
& (2) Stacks o’ Sacks— SMM5085 which are all cast in our Labstone gypsum just
like our Scale Model Masterpieces kits.
PLUS! Do you want More? Simply check the box next to Other
Options to add to Purchase: Extra detail casting set to add a bunch more details
at a significant savings. Above is an image showing all the extras and here's
the list: 3 pieces each of: SMM5050, SMM5045, SMM5011, & SMM5041. There are 1
pieces each of: SMM5139, SMM5170, SMM5178, SMM5180, SMM5106, SMM5030, SMM5035,
SMM5100, SMM5135, SMM5105, & SMM5085. Yeah, I know; that's a lot of details,
right? Options, options, options! What else can we do???
