I've been using the Doctor Ben's Plastic Scenery Jar w/Flip/Sift Lid (#1495) to Scenery weathering for years.
The Flip/Sift lid opens to seven 3/16" holes on one side and a 1-1/2" x 2" wedge shaped opening on the opposite side! (See Above Images)
