Hurricane Season Starts Soon! Oh No!

  Yes, this is what our new weather guy said last night as he pointed out the "Tropical Storm Albert" forming in the Atlantic headed towards North Carolina and the make a U-Turn back towards Barbuda. If thing weren't crazy already with the COVID-19, now it looks like the sixth year in a row for a "named" storm to develop before the Official Start of the Hurricane Season.
  I may have inadvertently caused a panic last week with a the idea about a corrugated roof for our Bordello & Pool Hall Kit Scale Model Masterpieces. My inquiry about the idea to make a corrugated roof available for this kit using our AMAZING Doctor Ben's Corrugated Material-Composite Metallic Cardstock caused a run on the kit and we had to put the kit on a Waiting List status until we can get caught up with the orders and cast the 29+ kit components to assemble more kits. We'll let you know when the hold has been lifted. 
  If you still haven't received your Stimulus Check and have been sitting there anxiously awaiting its arrival; rumor has it that millions of Stimulus Checks may be coming as soon as this Friday! Fingers crossed!. Thank you for asking about our health and safety. Debbie and I are remaining in self-isolation to the foreseeable future! See you in the Hobby Room and WASH YOUR HANDS!

   The very same Power Vents from our Thomas Yorke Ent Shortline/Industrial Engine House Kits Assembly & Finish Instructions: 1) After cleaning any casting flash & filing the flat surfaces smooth, use CA to glue the cyclone to the base.r us.Additionally, we've had a bunch of inquiries from modelers interested in the availability of the Industrial Engine House Cyclone Power Vent Kits that adorn the roof of this facility.  The Vent kits are a 2-piece casting (Labstone) which is extremely easy to stain & weather and very reasonably prices compared to similar kits by other vendors.Watch for the O Scale Vent kits to become available soon. Oily Crud Weathering Solution 4oz
Doctor Ben’s Scale Consortium
  This is one of only a couple of Doctor Ben's Weathering Solutions that you will NOT find in any sets, Years ago I needed a Solution to resemble that grimy, oily crud oozing off of spills on the tops of tank cars; spills & drops on asphalt; and nasty, dirty engine blocks. I'll bet that you can come up with a few more applications as well. Let me know, I'm always interested in a new application!
  This product works best in conjunction with other Doctor Ben's Weathering Products as well as competitor products. We recommend trying Realistic Rust on top of Instant Age and vise versa. As with all of our products, for the ultimate realism, apply turning your object upside down allowing gravity to pull the residue to the top of the protrusions. This way when you turn it right side up, the residue is not running down towards the bottom of the models and the effect looks just like real life. CLICK HERE or the above image to find out more about this product!
